There will be one make-up lesson allowed per semester, for any reason. Please call me at least 24 hours prior to your lesson if you need to cancel. Make-up lessons need to be scheduled with me. "NO-SHOWS" WILL BE CHARGED AS A REGULAR LESSON AND WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
In the event that a student is contemplating quitting violin lessons with me, I expect the parent to contact me immediately and discuss any issues they have with practicing and lessons, so a mutual agreement can be reached, and we might weather through the notion of quitting. When a new semester commences, I expect a student to commit to all lessons in that semester. If student wishes to terminate lessons before the semester is done, no refund will be given. Within 1 month of the end of any given semester, 4 weeks notice will be required and student may be charged for up to 4 lessons beyond those remaining in the semester.
